Hoewel deze wet- en regelgeving nog niet in werking is getreden (iwtr. nog niet bekend) is dit een interessante publicatie voor iedere jurist die zich bezig houdt met zaken betreffende de ruimtelijke omgeving.

Kluwer has published a new book in the series Tekst & Commentaar (Text and Commentary); Tekst & Commentaar Omgevingswet (Text and Commentary Environment and Planning Act).
Even though the law and regulations have not yet come into force (iwtr. nog niet bekend - coming into force; not yet known), this is an interesting publication for every jurist involved with cases regarding the physical environment. This publication is only available in the Dutch language.
