Coronavirus Disease 2019, CoViD-19, werd eerst gesignaleerd in december 2019. Daarna is het over de hele wereld verspreid, ondersteund door de toenemende globalisatie. Nationale overheden pogen de pandemie tegen te gaan en gebruiken daarbij de middelen die hen ter beschikking staan, waaronder wetten en noodverordeningen.
Met deze pagina wordt ernaar gestreefd een overzicht te geven van Nederlandse wetten, noodverordeningen, besluiten (uitgezonderd AMvB’s), geannoteerde rechtspraak, en links naar belangrijke COVID-19 dossiers.
