Self-awareness and checking in are important steps in wellbeing. The Mind Health Check by MoodLift is a quick and easy tool to reflect on how you're feeling and gain insights into your mental wellbeing. By answering a few simple questions, you can better understand your current state and identify areas where you might need support or balance.
