Wolters Kluwer via Surfconext anoniem; actiepunt bestaande accounts 1 januari 2026

Wat is het doel van anoniem inloggen?Hoger onderwijsinstellingen streven ernaar om zo min mogelijk persoonsgegevens te delen met leveranciers. Nieuwe gebruikersSinds begin 2025 verloopt het inloggen voor nieuwe gebruikers bij Wolters Kluwer Inview en Legal Intelligence via SURFconext anoniem. Via SURFconext worden geen persoonsgegevens meer doorgegeven. De uitgever ziet nog wel van welke instelling de gebruiker afkomstig is, maar niet wie de gebruiker is. Hoe worden bestaande accounts geanonimiseerd?Dit neemt Wolters Kluwer voor haar rekening.Wat heeft dit voor gevolgen?Hiermee vervallen de persoonlijke instellingen, zoals favoriete bronnen op de startpagina, en de in Wolters Kluwer Inview aangemaakte labels, notities en markeringen. Ik wil mijn favorieten e.d. behouden. Wat kan ik doen?Het vervallen van favorieten, labels, notities en markeringen kan voorkomen worden door je SURF-inlogaccount nu al zelf te anonimiseren binnen Inview.Door het account zelf te anonimiseren:Worden e-mailadres, voornaam en achternaam uit de systemen van Wolters Kluwer verwijderd en kun je voortaan anoniem inloggen via SURFconext.Blijven persoonlijke instellingen behouden zoals favoriete bronnen op de startpagina en de in InView aangemaakte labels en notities en markeringen. Let op!De mogelijkheid tot zelf-anonimisatie blijft beschikbaar tot en met 1 januari 2026. Aan iedereen dus het uitdrukkelijke verzoek om vóór die datum de gevraagde stappen te doorlopen.Aangezien er geen gebruik meer gemaakt wordt van een e-mailadres zullen eventuele attenderingen niet meer functioneren. Bij vragen kun je terecht bij de bibliotheek via vantol@eur.nl Instructie anonimiseren Inview account1. Ga naar Inview.nl 2. Kies 'Inloggen' (rechtsboven) 3. Selecteer de knop 'Student/Medewerker' 4. Selecteer de instelling die bij je studie hoort 5. Log in met je studentengegevens 6. Zodra je bent ingelogd in Inview, klik je op de blauwe stip rechtsboven 7. Selecteer het instellingenwiel 'Mijn account' 8. Klik op 'Anonymize User' 9. Klik op 'Confirm' in het volgende pop-upscherm 10. Rechtsboven zie je dat het is gelukt en je bent klaar!...

The Max Planck Encyclopedias of International Law are now open to everyone under a subscribe to open model (s2o).https://opil.ouplaw.com/home/MPILFrom the 1st of April 2025 until the end of March 2026, this resource will remain open and, depending on the renewal by subscribers, this will be extended by another year.What is the s20-model?The s2o model is an access model under which a publisher will make a work or resource publicly available, provided enough subscribers renew they subscription.In a way, the subscribers are responsible for paying for the open availability of the resource; if enough subscribers renew, then the resource remains 'publicly available'.
