Overview of self-help books available in the University Library

Wellbeing books

In this guide you find a selection of self-help books: books that can help develop your personal and professional skills. You can find links to print books, ebooks and in some cases audiobooks related to interpersonal skills, self-directed learning, self-reflection and self-management.

In the University Library you will find a selection of print books on the Wellbeing table, near the self-checkout machine and the Mindfulnest. A list of the print books can be found in sEURch.

Some of the books are also available via Libby, see the selection made for the Student Wellbeing Week
