Erasmus University Rotterdam provides its faculty and staff with a safe, easy and secure way to save and store data on institutional storage. Always use a cloud service provided by EUR – rather than public ones such as Dropbox. You control which data you share with whom and for how long. You should avoid storing your data on offline storage such as (personal) laptops or external hard drives and use secure cloud storage instead.
